Medication Policy
- All medication brought to the center must be given to the director or owner and is not to be stored in the classrooms.
- A parent permission form must be completed for the medication to be administered.
Permission forms are valid for one (1) week (Monday through Friday). A new entry must be made in the medication log on each Monday of every week that medication is needed.
